The ICT Law and Economy Institute at Sogang University will hold a "100-minute discussion" seminar in cooperation with the law firm Yulchon and LEE&KO.

 

Regarding the topic of "Competitive legal approach to global joint venture business - Focused on lessons in transportation business", it will deal with the competitive legal issues that may arise in 'contractual JV through contract', in EU and other advanced countries, in the air and ocean transportation industry.
